The coffee producers
Cosecha de Mujer, meaning “harvest of women,” honours the strength and dedication of female farmers in both their fields, and their homes. Each 69kg bag of coffee includes a $7.50 premium that directly funds programs supporting women’s empowerment. This pays for training in leadership, finance, health, and opportunities to diversify their income through craft fairs and new agricultural skills. The initiative has built 20 drying modules to boost quality and support women in producing exceptional coffees.
The Cosecha de Mujer group stands as a powerful example of how cultivating female leadership and fostering a culture of gender equality can transform communities - enriching lives, and elevating the quality of coffee in the process.
Young producers are empowered through a dedicated youth committee that nurtures leadership, vision, and resilience. A partnership with the National University of Jaén further deepens this commitment, offering annual scholarships to 10 students and investing in the next generation of changemakers.

1% of sales from every retail bag of Bean Inspired Coffee goes to the International Women’s Coffee Alliance, a global platform for women's empowerment and inclusion. The mission of their vibrant network across 36 countries is to empower women in the international coffee community to achieve meaningful and sustainable lives.
