It celebrates all women in coffee — from pickers to quality controllers — ensuring every pivotal role is seen and valued. With in-person gatherings and knowledge exchange, women apply what they learn, improve their farms, and gain the recognition they’ve long deserved.

By reinvesting premiums directly into the hands of women producers — $30,000 in 2024 alone — the program creates real, lasting change in farming communities.
