The coffee producers

Women cooperatives allow small-holder female farmers the chance to build equal opportunities for the socio-economic development of women in their community. The Kolnáal Cooperative is made up of Lenca women, most of them single mothers. They are growing organic specialty coffee together to improve their competitiveness, and overcome the barriers of social, ethnic and gender marginalisation. Socio-economic stability and environmentally sustainable practices are the driving motivations of the women of the Mujeres Cafeteras Cooperative in Colombia.

It brings us great pride to bring the work of all these amazing women together in our InspHERation Espresso blend.

Taste notes

A perfectly balanced, full-bodied espresso with notes of caramel and malt up front. This sweetness is then balanced out with a crisp apple-like acidity, with a smooth long-lasting finish. This blend works incredibly well as a base to milky drinks.
